Veneers

What are dental veneers?

A dental veneer is a fine shell of porcelain or composite used to cover the front of a tooth for cosmetic purposes. Veneers can correct chipped, worn, faded or slightly misaligned teeth. Veneers can also bridge the gap between two teeth.

This kind of restoration is a very simple and effective solution for improving the appearance of slightly damaged teeth. But for teeth that have undergone a root canal or suffered major damage, crowns are a better option, because crowns restore tooth strength.
